I have chosen to improve basics such as resume and publication list first.  I am now in the process of restructuring the rest of the site which contains discussions on various topics.  ABC will most likely become part of a larger issue of performance management whereas Management process will be completely restructured – an extreme make-over.  Naturally, this takes time

Hi Folks!   I have taken the giant leap for me to switch platform and transform the lay-out, as you can see.  I am also in the process of improving the content significantly, but that will take some more time.  Anyway; I hope you like it thus far Jan
